Wim Hof or the Iceman as he is known is a dutch extreme athlete noted for his ability to withstand extreme cold.

Wim Hof holds something like 26 world records including, longest time in an ice bath and he’s climbed Everest barefoot in just his underpants, the guy is a legend he is superhuman.

He attributes his superhuman abilities to a special breathing technique he developer though spending time in extremely cold conditions.

The cold makes you naturally breath deeper, activating all your veins charging and oxygenating your blood and which alters the ph level of the body, bringing you into an optimal alkaline state.

The cold also slows the mind, strengthening the mind-body connection and activates the reptilian part which controls the endocrine and immune systems. The endocrine system controls all the happiness and strength hormones and the immune system fights off germs keeping us healthy.

Both these systems are normally automated and beyond our conscious control.

The Wim Hof breathing technique allows us to super oxygenate the blood, alter the bodies ph level, and consciously tap into the endocrine and immune system – through the reptilian brain the same way it would naturally if exposed to extreme cold

This means we have the key to health strength and happiness on demand.

This is superhuman ability by any standard!

Been able to consciously tap your immune and endocrine systems at will, has massive potential. Having health, strength and happiness on tap is a Superhuman ability.

I’ll be using the Wim Hof technique every day from now on and I highly recommend you try it yourself.

It’s easy, anyone can do it and the results are instant and profound.
